Questions? Answers.

Is this unit covered by warranty in Malaysia?
Yes. We are EcoFlow's appointed distributor for Malaysia, so the warranty is honoured and serviced here — two years on the unit and five years on the LFP battery. A parallel import is warranted by whoever sold it, which usually means nobody you can reach.
How long will it actually run my fridge?
A typical Malaysian fridge draws 100 to 150 W but cycles, so it averages closer to a third of that. Use the sizing calculator for a figure based on your own appliances rather than nameplate arithmetic.
Can I trade in my old power station?
Yes. Any power station can be traded in for a discount on a new unit. Contact us with the model and condition and we will confirm the credit.
What is GoRental Care+?
An extended service plan that takes the whole unit from two years to five, improves the battery defect threshold to below 80%, and adds accidental damage cover — drops, cracked casings and spills. Inspection and courier are waived on valid claims.
How long does delivery take?
Free delivery on orders over RM 2,000, shipped across Malaysia. Larger units are palletised and delivered on a schedule we confirm with you first.
Can I charge it with solar panels?
Yes. Every power station in the range accepts solar input; the maximum varies by model. Kuala Lumpur averages 4.55 peak-sun hours a day, so a folding panel meaningfully extends runtime during an outage.
