No. Your two-year unit warranty and five-year battery warranty stand on their own. Care+ sits on top. Where both could apply we use whichever leaves you better off.

A drop, a crack, a spill, a knocked-off port cover. It does not cover deliberate damage, theft, loss, or a unit that has been opened by a non-authorised repairer.

Not on an approved Care+ claim. On a standard warranty case the inspection fee is compulsory and payable by you — RM150 for RIVER and TRAIL, RM200 for DELTA 3, RM300 for DELTA Pro in West Malaysia, and double those figures in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

On a standard warranty case, you do — in both directions, whether the case is a warranty case or not. On an approved Care+ claim we pay both legs. You can always drop off and collect in person instead.

A battery is only treated as defective if usable capacity falls below a stated share of its original rated capacity within the warranty period, confirmed by inspection. The standard threshold is 70%. Care+ raises it to 80%, so a fade that would be declined as normal gets covered.

No. Care+ is only sold against a unit purchased from our authorised Malaysian channels, and the serial is checked at enrolment.

No. Units bought from marketplace resellers, overseas channels or unauthorised sellers carry that seller’s warranty, not ours. We can offer a paid inspection and a written report, but no RMA or warranty action.
