Most venues here now refuse petrol generators indoors and restrict them outdoors. A battery bank is the compliant option: no exhaust, no fuel store, no noise limit to argue about, and it can sit inside a hall next to the audience.
For a race weekend or a roadshow tour, unit count matters more than size. We quote fleets and schedule delivery to the event date.

Runtimes are calculated against the first unit recommended below, at 90% inverter efficiency. Real figures move with ambient temperature and how hard the appliance cycles.
Load studio · motorsport and events
Sepang will not have a generator behind your awning, so the unit charges overnight on mains and works all day. Scroll two event days and see which hospitality load you have to give up.
Everything in the frame is a control. Tap a unit along the top to swap the battery, tap a charge source on the left to add or drop hours of it, tap a load on the right to switch it off, and tap a number at the bottom to change how many days you are out. Amber is mains charging, pale blue the solar panel, blue the output to your loads. DC loads skip the inverter and cost about 10% less than the same appliance on AC.

The EcoFlow gear in this trip
Actual consumption will vary with how you use it. Appliance ratings differ between makes and models, a compressor cycles harder in heat, a fridge that is opened often works more, and battery capacity falls in high ambient temperature. Treat every figure here as a worked estimate for planning, not a guarantee of runtime. A model, not a promise. AC loads carry a 10% inverter loss, DC loads none; solar assumes 62% of panel rating over a Malaysian day; the alternator figure assumes the engine is actually running. Heat, a tired fridge seal and a hard-cycling compressor all move it.

Solar refill
Usable energy is 90% of rated capacity. Solar figures assume the panel earns about 62% of its rating over a Malaysian day - clear morning, cloud after two, no shade on the array.
The arithmetic
Timing gear, two laptops, a monitor and a comms charger is roughly 400W. A six-hour session is 2.4kWh — one 4096Wh unit covers a full day with the pit fan running.
Who buys this
Race teams, event production, broadcast crews and exhibition contractors.
Season and climate
Indoor halls limit fuel on site by rule, which is usually what brings people to batteries in the first place.
Where people do this
Four things that change the outcome more than the size of the battery does.
01
Silence as a spec
A genset outside a media pen is a problem. A battery in the pen is not.
02
Two units, one job
Redundancy beats capacity. One unit down should never take the stage feed with it.
03
Labelled leads
Crew changes shift; a taped label saves the wrong plug at the wrong moment.
04
Charge windows
Charge between sessions from the venue supply. You are buying quiet, not capacity.
01
One unit, no rotation
Redundancy beats capacity on a live event. Two units alternating means a fault is an inconvenience, not a stopped session.
02
Tyre blankets on a small unit
One set is 1600W continuous. That is a DELTA Pro 3 job - anything smaller trips and everyone looks at you.
03
Unlabelled leads
Crew changes over between sessions. Taped labels on every lead stop the wrong plug going into the timing feed at the wrong moment.
Why this one, for this
01
4000W continuous is what a set of tyre blankets actually needs.
02
4096Wh covers a full session day with the pit fans running.
03
Buy two and rotate. Redundancy is the spec on a live event.

Yes. There is no exhaust and no fuel, which is exactly why venues allow it where they no longer allow a generator.
Two units alternating, or one on grid charge while the other works. For multi-day events we size for a rotation rather than a single unit.
Yes — rental is handled through GoRental for event and production use. Tell us the dates and load and we will route it.
Appliances, hours, and whether it has to survive a whole weekend without sun. That is enough to name one model instead of three.
