Thank you for choosing EcoFlow Malaysia. We are committed to providing reliable products and transparent after-sales support. This Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made via our official Malaysian store, operated by True Colour Media Group Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501025887).
By using EcoFlow products, you agree to the terms listed in this policy.
1. General Warranty Terms

All EcoFlow products purchased from https://ecoflow.com.my are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Warranty coverage is limited to Malaysia.

Warranty periods and claim eligibility may vary depending on the product type (see Section 1.2).

Cables, chargers, and adapters are not eligible for warranty registration but are still covered under the standard warranty period.
⚠️ Products purchased via third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, etc.) or overseas channels may be subject to a separate warranty. Please contact the respective seller for support.
1.1 Warranty Registration

No formal registration is required for standard claims in Malaysia.

1.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims will not be accepted under these circumstances:

Expired warranty period

No valid proof of purchase

Damaged due to misuse, accidents, water ingress, or unauthorised modification

Cosmetic wear and tear

Damaged from use with incompatible third-party accessories

Products not sold by EcoFlow Malaysia
2. How to Make a Claim (Malaysia)
To make a warranty claim:

3. Repair Service Terms

EcoFlow Malaysia provides free shipping for warranty repairs, as long as our courier services are available.

Repair requests must be made within the warranty period.

Products not eligible for warranty will be subject to paid repair, quoted based on:

4. Replacement Service
Eligibility:

Request must be made within 30 calendar days of product receipt

Defects must be manufacturing-related

Return must include original box & accessories

Must receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending
Procedure:

6. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Improper charging, storage, or connection to unapproved accessories
