Thank you for choosing EcoFlow Malaysia. We are committed to providing reliable products and transparent after-sales support. This Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made via our official Malaysian store, operated by True Colour Media Group Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501025887).


By using EcoFlow products, you agree to the terms listed in this policy.

1. General Warranty Terms

  • All EcoFlow products purchased from https://ecoflow.com.my  are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty coverage is limited to Malaysia.

  • Warranty periods and claim eligibility may vary depending on the product type.

  • Cables, chargers, and adapters are not eligible for warranty registration, but remain covered under their applicable standard warranty period.

⚠️ Products purchased via third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, etc.) or overseas channels may be subject to separate warranty terms. Please contact the respective seller or platform for support.

 

1.1 Warranty Registration
  • No formal registration is required for standard warranty claims in Malaysia.

  • For extended warranty eligibility (if applicable), please retain proof of purchase and contact our support team at jackson@truecolourmedia.com.

1.2 Warranty Periods

Warranty periods generally follow the applicable official EcoFlow product warranty schedule. The summary below is provided for general reference only.

1.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims will not be accepted under these circumstances:

The warranty period has expired

  • No valid proof of purchase is provided
  • Damage is caused by misuse, accident, water ingress, improper storage, improper charging, or unauthorised modification
  • Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage caused by incompatible or unauthorised third-party accessories or components
  • Products not sold by EcoFlow Malaysia or its authorised Malaysian channels
  • Tampering with serial numbers, labels, or product identification marks


2. How to Make a Claim (Malaysia)

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our team via:

    • Order number or proof of purchase

    • Product name & serial number

    • Clear photo/video proof of issue

  3. Our team will verify and provide instructions. If eligible, we will:

    • Repair the product

    • Replace the product with a functional replacement unit

    • Or offer a refund, at our discretion


3. Repair Service Terms

EcoFlow Malaysia will assist with repair arrangements for eligible warranty claims.

  • Repair requests must be made within the applicable warranty period
  • Free shipping for warranty repair may be provided where our logistics arrangement is available and applicable
  • Products that are not eligible for warranty coverage may be subject to paid repair

Paid repair quotations may include:

  • Labour or module repair cost
  • Replacement parts cost
  • Return shipping or logistics cost


4. Replacement Service

Eligibility:
  • Request must be made within 30 calendar days of product receipt

  • Defects must be manufacturing-related

  • Returned item must includes the original box & accessories

  • Must receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending

Procedure:
  • Email jackson@truecolourmedia.com to request replacement review

  • Our support team will assess the case and provide RMA instructions where applicable

  • Replacement will only be arranged after the defective unit has been received and verified


5. Product-Specific Notes

❄️ GLACIER Series
  • Standard warranty: 24 months

  • Certain extended warranty benefits may apply where officially offered and registered

  • Selected GLACIER cases may also be handled under a replacement-first approach where appropriate


6. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Water damage or impact damage caused by user handling or misuse
  • Unauthorised opening, repair, or disassembly
  • Tampering with serial numbers, product labels, or warranty markings
  • Use in unsuitable or abnormal operating environments, including extreme weather or heavy electromagnetic interference
  • Improper charging, improper storage, or use with unapproved accessories
  • Damage caused by third-party service providers not authorised by EcoFlow
