OCEAN 2 Three-Phase quoting opens for Malaysian projects
Three-phase 415V sites can now be quoted with delivery against confirmed lead time. Single-phase remains on request while we confirm local stock.

Johor service centre extends home-energy cover to Klang Valley
Site visits for fixed systems in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur are now scheduled fortnightly rather than by exception.

HEMS release held back one cycle after a local metering issue
We deferred a staged release for Malaysian installs after seeing an import-reading discrepancy on a three-phase site. Resolved upstream and released the following cycle.
Training
Installer Academy adds a Bahasa Malaysia cohort
Modules 01 and 02 now run in Bahasa Malaysia, with the same commissioning assessment at the end.
Documentation
Datasheets and certificates now released against a quote reference
Version control moved to serial and quote reference so an inspector always receives the revision that matches the installed hardware.
Correction
IP rating on an earlier retrofit page corrected to IP66
An earlier page described the OCEAN 2 cabinet as IP65. The published rating is IP66, with the bottom module rated for up to 72 hours immersion under EcoFlow test conditions. Corrected and dated rather than deleted.
