Replacement approved for your DELTA 3 Max.

Inspection found a cell imbalance in the battery pack — a manufacturing defect inside the five-year battery period. Repair is not reasonable at pack level, so we are replacing the unit with a new equivalent. The remaining warranty carries across to the new serial.

I accept the replacement and agree the returned unit becomes the property of EcoFlow Malaysia.

Nothing is despatched until you accept. The decision is logged against the case with a timestamp.
