1. Not us. No 30-day DOA.
These two stores trade under the EcoFlow name on Lazada and Shopee. We do not own them and we do not sell through them.
Our 30-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy does not apply here. Raise any DOA, warranty or service request with that seller.
2. An authorised dealer — but not us.
This store is an authorised dealer. It does not represent EcoFlow Malaysia and we do not operate it. A purchase there is between you and that dealer.
3. Buy here. We handle your after-sales first.
Authorised dealers. DOA, warranty, parts and service on a unit bought from any of them are processed by EcoFlow Malaysia directly, at higher priority.

4. Imported sets: no Malaysian warranty, triple the service charge.
Many EcoFlow units listed on Shopee and Lazada are parallel imports, brought in from Vietnam, Thailand, China and the Philippines.
- No Malaysian warranty. A unit on another market’s warranty cannot be claimed here.
- About three times the after-sales charge. Parts, labour and freight are billed against the market it came from.
- Different specification. Plug, voltage, firmware and local certification are not always the Malaysian ones.
The cheaper checkout price is usually the more expensive set.
